I guess a writer better not be onomatomania! I try to never use the same word on one page, but in real life, I’d like to say “yes, yes, yes” whens something exciting happens!
I have a friend who has this as part of his OCD. As a writer, I will sometimes repeat a word or phrase if it heightens the story. Enjoyed this!

Yeah, even the most eloquent people I know usally have a few words they tend to use more frequently.
